I thought Valencia was a beautiful city and struggled to stop taking photos constantly. I have tried to narrow down the hoard of photographs to a little selection of my favorites. I hope you have enjoyed them.

Perfume .

I have experimented with shining light through perfume bottles to see the effects created by the shadows and reflections cast.

Currently in Applied Arts I am following the theme of perfume and have turned to smoke and incense for inspiration for surface pattern, I really liked the outcome of the photographs I have taken and the patterns made by the smoke.

Experimentation with colour shape &texture

The photographs are examples of experimentation with colour texture and shape, I tried to use the camera without using the viewfinder or screen so that the focus was not on the composition of the picture but the textures or shapes I wanted to photograph. After the photographs were taken I ran them through photoshop to experiment with altering and layering the images.
